FAQ - Client Management

What happens if I want to remove a client?

Bloomers CRM has the ability to archive your clients by deactivating them. This does not permanently delete their records, just moves them into an archive file, which can be easily viewed at any time. Inactive clients can be reactivated again at a later date if required. You can permanently delete client records however this is not recommended.

What type of information can I capture about my client?

As Bloomers CRM is a sales tool the information captured about your client is focused on their sales journey. This includes standard personal details for one or two occupants such as name, gender, age, contact details, and alternative contact details (e.g. relatives, agents, etc.), plus sales information including initial enquiry date, timeframe for moving, price range, how they enquired, source of their enquiry, type of residence, wait list, holds, deposits, pre-settlement information and cancellations. This information can also be printed.

Can I filter clients by different categories?

Yes, you can filter by numerous categories including sales status, home type, enquiry type, enquiry source, wait list date and more! Filters can be created and modified by you to sort your records as required.

Is there a limit to the number of clients I can have in the database?

No, the number of clients is unlimited.
