CRM stands for Client Relationship Management. The Bloomers CRM is a purpose-built client records management system specifically for the retirement living industry.
 

Can I try Bloomers CRM before I purchase?

Yes, we can provide you with a demo version of Bloomers CRM which you can download and trial for 10 days.
 

What do I get when I purchase the Bloomers CRM?

A very useable and useful lead management tool designed specifically for Retirement Villages.
 

I don’t want to start from scratch! Can my existing records be imported into the database?

Yes, we can import your clients’ contact details into your copy of the Bloomers CRM for free.  Importing of information other than basic personal and contact details can also be provided and because of the differing needs of each village the price for this additional service is quoted on application.
 

Can I have Bloomers CRM installed for me?

The Bloomers team has gone to great lengths to ensure the installation process for the Bloomers CRM is simple and user friendly, even for those that claim they are “computer illiterate”. Therefore it is our expectation that with the simple guide to installation you will be able to complete this function yourself or with the assistance of your local IT support professional. However if you are at your wits end the Bloomers team will be able to facilitate the installation of your licence at an agreed time and price.
 

Can I get Bloomers to set up the lists/users/villages in the database prior to receiving it?

Yes if the Bloomers team import your existing data or if it is a new database, then Bloomers are able to customize your lists, users and villages – price on application. However this process is very easy and most users will be able to manage setting this up themselves.
