FAQ - Multiple Villages

Can I purchase a license that allows me to have 2 or more villages?

Yes, your license will be issued for the number of villages you are required to keep records for.

If I purchase a license for 2 or more villages can I add another village later?

Yes, we can add additional villages to your license as required at an additional cost per village.

I would like to keep the villages completely separate but hosted on an internal network, is this possible?

Yes it is possible to have two copies of Bloomers CRM database installed on the same internal network by issuing you with two separate licenses. This is a customization that may incur an additional set up fee.

If I have a license for 2 or more villages can I remove a village at a later stage and transfer the information to another operator?

Yes this can be done at an additional cost. Client records relating to that village must firstly be exported from the current database and imported into the new database. A new license will be created for the new operator. The village that is no longer a part of the original group will then be disabled on that database.
