The Bloomers team can set up all of your users and village details, plus customize your lists, at an additional cost; however these are quite straight forward and easily undertaken by you. |
| You can either purchase the Single-PC (stand-alone) or Multi-PC version of Bloomers CRM. The Multi-PC version of Bloomers CRM enables installation on a network or server and access from several PCs or Macs on the same network. An alternative option if you do not have a server or network is to have the database hosted on the Bloomers secure server, allowing access on multiple PCs or Macs over the internet – THE MOST POPULAR OPTION. |
| If your license is put on a stand-alone PC or Mac and not networked, then only one user can access the database on that PC or Mac at a time. However if your license is put onto a networked server or hosted over the internet via the Bloomers secure server, then it allows for multiple users to access the database simultaneously. |
| Yes, you can select those villages which you would like each user to have access to, from one to all villages. |
| Yes, user access can be restricted to allow different levels of authority within the database, including view only, edit, add and delete access. Some examples of why this might be required is if you have a user who only needs to run reports, then they would have view only access. Or if you require some data entry and want to limit access to add records only. |
